We fabricate wall-type canopies (mounted above a wall cooking suite) and island-type canopies (suspended above a central cooking station). Both configurations are available with stainless steel mesh grease filters or high-efficiency baffle filters, with integrated ductwork collars for connection to your mechanical ventilation fan. IP-rated integrated lighting is available as an option.
